Streets Ahead Pavement Resurfacing Work
Wilkinson Street (part) and Brunswick Street (part)
We are due to start pavement resurfacing work on Wilkinson Street (junction Glossop Road – dead end Upper Hanover Street) and Brunswick Street (junction Glossop Road – junction Broomspring Lane) week commencing Monday 16 October for approximately 1 week and need to close the road in order to carry out the work safely. Our planned working hours will be between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday only. As the work is a 2 stage process, the road will only be closed on certain days over the 1 week period.
Please note that there will be no on-street parking during working hours. Vehicles left on-street may be towed away and you will need to pay a fee to have your vehicle released.
Temporary road signs will be displayed before work starts, stating the date of work and parking restrictions on your road. Pedestrian access, access for businesses and for emergency vehicles will be maintained at all times.
Please note that our schedule is heavily dependent on the weather and can be affected by unforeseen circumstances. If we need to make any changes we will update the temporary road signs.

We appreciate that any disruption
